As a team we haven’t been concentrating on the BJJ/No Gi circuit recently, nevertheless three members ventured out to the Manchester NoGi Open at weekend.

Louis , Micheal and Zenon had a great day at the local competition and brought home a Gold in the lightweight division and a Bronze in the heavyweights . Micheal put his first opponent to sleep with a perfectly executed choke.
