Matt Inman defeated French fighter Leon Kenge at Cagewarriors 54 in Cardiff on Saturday 4th May.
The first two rounds saw Inman dominate Kenge with an outstanding display of technical striking. The French fighter came out in the third looking tired and beaten and Inman continued to pick him apart with punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
The French corner threw in the towel to try and stop the onslaught but the referee threw it right back out (MMA rules prevent the throwing in of the towel) Inman continued to strike despite protests from Kenge that the towel had been thrown in and shortly thereafter the referee stepped in to stop the punishment.
The win takes Inman’s record to 10 – 5 (1-1 Cagewarriors)
